The Outpost's Story

On a living room couch, with an accidental client, and probably too much caffeine, the OutPost's story begins...

The Beginning

In 2024, a medical discharge from the Navy left me (Adarian, CEO & Main Keyboard Cowboy at The Outpost) at a crossroads. No blueprint, no plan, just a couch, too much coffee and even more free time.

Then a text came in. A stranger had heard through a friend that I built websites. While at the time I didn't do it for hire, something made me say I wouldn't mind giving it a shot — and they decided to take a chance on me.

The Turning Point

That night, talking it over with my wife, I laid out everything: the businesses I'd built before, businesses I'd failed before, my fears, my dreams, all the roads I hadn't taken yet... you name it.

She didn't overthink her answer. She looked me dead in the eyes and said:

"I think you should be a man and go get what you want in life." (Talk about an awesome wife)

That was it. One sentence. I took the client as a sign and decided to go all in on a marketing agency.

One Year Later

What started on that couch became something real. Under our old name of Edge Media NWA, we built a track record worth talking about:

A New Name. The Same Mission

As we head into our next chapter, we're making it official: Edge Media NWA is becoming The OutPost Creative.

The name change is intentional. There's another "Edge Media" out of California — a very different kind of business — and we have no interest in being confused for something we're not.

This name is ours, it reflects who we are, and frankly, it's a better fit anyway.

The work doesn't change. The drive doesn't change. Just the sign on the door.

The OutPost Creative exists to help businesses grow — through Web Design, Local SEO, Google Business Optimization, and Ads Management. We've built something worth fighting for, and we intend to keep dominating.

Your Google ranking will depend on how long your site’s been live, local competition, and factors like your Google My Business reviews.

We also offer blogging to boost your content. While we don’t handle off-page backlinks beyond your social media, our ongoing updates keep your site in great shape—unlike some agencies who set up your site then forget about it.
